CPM Landscapes has been maintaining and transforming properties across Durham Region since 1984. We started as a small local operation and grew into a full-service commercial and residential landscaping company — without losing what made us worth calling in the first place.
Every project starts with a thorough consultation. Every design is built for the specific property, not copied from a template. That's been true since day one.
Proudly based in Port Perry, serving all of Durham Region.
We didn't set out to be the biggest landscaping company in Durham Region. We set out to be the most reliable one. Forty years later, that's still the goal.
CPM Landscapes was established with a single truck and a commitment to doing the job right. From day one, the focus was on quality work and honest service for local homeowners.
Word spread. Property managers and commercial clients across Durham Region began calling. We grew our fleet and crew to meet the demand without compromising the standard.
We built out a dedicated winter division — loaders, plow trucks, and salting equipment — to serve commercial sites that needed guaranteed clearance every storm.
Four decades in, we still operate the same way: thorough consultations, personalized designs, and crews that take pride in the work. The equipment is newer. The standard hasn't changed.
These aren't aspirations. They're the standard we've held ourselves to since 1984.
Every crew member is covered. Every job is protected. You never have to wonder.
We show up when we say we will. Scheduled maintenance, storm response, spring cleanups — on time, every time.
No two properties are the same. We consult thoroughly before we plan, and plan carefully before we build.
We live and work in Port Perry. Durham Region is our home — we take care of it like it is.
Our crews operate throughout Durham Region — from Port Perry and Uxbridge in the north to Ajax and Whitby in the south. If you're in the region, we can get to you.
Tell us about your property. We'll put together a plan that fits your site, your schedule, and your budget — no obligation.
